4. Fair Usage Policy

Flecible profiles are intended for personal travel and business use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in:

• Reselling data profiles without explicit authorization.
• Using services for automated, illegal, or malicious activities.
• Excessive data consumption that disrupts network integrity.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flecible is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network outages, device incompatibility, or carrier-side service failures. Connectivity is subject to local network availability and coverage.
